SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT

PLEASE READ THIS SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT ("AGREEMENT") CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE SOFTWARE. BY INSTALLING OR USING THE SOFTWARE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT INSTALL OR USE THE SOFTWARE.

1. General

(a) The Software, including all updates, components, documentation, and content ("Software"), is licensed, not sold. The Company retains all ownership rights.


(b) The Company may provide updates or modifications ("Software Changes") which will be governed by this Agreement unless accompanied by separate terms.


(c) All purchases are final and non-refundable. A free 30-day trial is provided to evaluate the Software before purchase.

2. Permitted License Uses and Restrictions

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to install and use one copy of the Software on a single device.

 

You may not:

  • Copy, decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, modify, or create derivative works of the Software.
  • Distribute, sell, sublicense, rent, lease, or transfer the Software.
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights of the Company or any third party.
  • Use the Software to transmit or promote offensive, illegal, or harmful content.
  • Use the Software to manage funds or offer investment services without commercial authorization.
  • Interfere with security features or extract/misuse data unlawfully.
  • Share or make the Software or your account available without authorization.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Software and are responsible for providing accurate, up-to-date registration info. Violation may result in termination and legal action.

3. Plans & Pricing

(a) VoltTrial Plan – Free for 30 days. No payment details required. Access ends automatically unless upgraded.
(b) VoltEarn Plan – $40 monthly payment. Includes lifetime access with 1 license.
(c) VoltScale Plan – $300 one-time payment. Includes lifetime access with unlimited personal licenses.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

(A) Use of the Software is at your own risk.
(B) The Software is provided "as is" with no warranties of merchantability, fitness, accuracy, or non-infringement.
(C) No guarantee that Software will be error-free or uninterrupted.
(D) Not suitable for use in critical systems.
(E) No oral or written statements create warranties.
(F) Past results do not guarantee future performance.
(G) Information provided is not guaranteed to be accurate or complete.
(H) Trading involves risk. Never trade with money you cannot afford to lose.
(I) The Software is educational and does not constitute financial advice or fiduciary responsibility.

6. Limitation of Liability

(A) To the extent allowed by law, the Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Liability is limited to one Singapore Dollar (S$1.00).
(B) You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company and its affiliates from any claims arising from your breach of this Agreement.

7. Amendments

The Company may amend this Agreement at its discretion. You may be notified via email or software notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

8. Entire Agreement

This Agreement supersedes all previous agreements or understandings related to the Software.

9. Headings & Interpretation

Headings are for reference only. Singular includes plural and vice versa. Waiving one breach does not waive others.

10. Governing Language

This Agreement is in English. If translated, the English version prevails.

11. Severability

If any clause is deemed invalid, the rest remain in effect.

12. Successors and Assigns
The Company may assign its rights. You may not transfer your license without written permission.

13. Third Party Rights
This Agreement does not grant any rights to third parties.

14. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Singapore. The Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act does not apply.

15. Arbitration
All disputes shall be resolved by arbitration under the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC).

12. Successors and Assigns

The Company may assign its rights. You may not transfer your license without written permission.

13. Third Party Rights
